In 30 minutes, we step back from status reports and delivery noise to focus on decision ownership, risk concentration, and readiness at the moments that matter most. Design. Testing. Cutover. Post go-live transition. This is a client-side, advisory review. It does not replace your implementation partner, audit delivery, or introduce new process. Its purpose is to provide clarity early enough to act. Before risk compounds and options narrow. There is no sales pitch and no obligation to proceed further. Some clients use the review purely for validation. Others use it to determine whether additional independent oversight would be valuable. Both outcomes are appropriate.
