360 HCM is an independent Workday advisory firm. We have no implementation revenue, no SI partnerships, no reseller arrangements, no commission structures. The client pays us, so the client gets our full attention.
Independence is the whole point. Not a feature of the service.
Most firms that claim to help with Workday programmes either implement Workday themselves, or get referral fees from the ones that do. Their incentives are not aligned with yours. When the SI proposes a change order, their advisor's job depends on staying on good terms with the SI.
We are different because we only have one revenue source. Client fees. Fixed. Scoped. Transparent. If the SI proposes a change order that should not exist, we push back. If the internal PMO is drifting, we name it. If the sponsor is unclear, we force a decision.
Our work is making every party accountable (the SI, the sponsor, the PMO, the business, and ourselves) for the outcome the programme business case promised. Budget. Timeline. Business outcome.
That is a different job from implementation consulting. It requires different economics, different incentives, and a different relationship with the client. We built the firm specifically to do this one job well.

We do not configure Workday. Not HCM, not Financials, not Payroll. Implementation is the SI's job. Our job is making sure the SI does theirs.
SI partnerships.
No referral agreements, no preferred partnerships, no channel contracts. When we recommend an SI, it is because of past delivery data, not a commercial relationship.
Vendor sales.
We do not sell Workday licenses. We do not resell third-party connector products. We do not take commissions from technology vendors.
Open-ended retainers.
Every engagement is scoped upfront with a fixed fee. No billable-hour drift. No utilisation optimisation. If the scope changes, we reset the scope and reset the fee.
