Inside the SI. Now on your side.
Twenty-five years inside the SI. 360 HCM was founded to put that experience on the client’s side - permanently.

Jeff founded 360 HCM in 2024 after twenty-five years in HR and ERP technology consulting - starting with Oracle HR E-Business Suite in 2001 and moving to Workday in 2012. Every one of those years was spent on the SI side. 360 HCM was his first move to the client.
Inside the SI
Jeff’s entire consulting career was built inside the SI. Starting with Oracle HR E-Business Suite implementations in 2001, he moved to Workday in 2012 and spent the following decade leading enterprise HCM, Payroll, and Financials programmes across the US and UK - from Big 4 firms to specialist Workday consultancies. He ran portfolios of 34+ enterprise clients, built practices from the ground up, and owned portfolios up to $16M in size.
That experience is the foundation of everything 360 HCM does. Not theory about how SIs operate - direct knowledge of how scope gets interpreted, why testing gets compressed when timelines slip, how change orders are constructed, and what a client looks like when they have no-one capable of pushing back. We engage the SI as professional peers. But we do not accept their framing as the right framing.
Crossing the table, and founding 360 HCM
In 2024, Jeff took his first client-side role: programme lead on a large-scale US healthcare HCM and Payroll implementation, overseeing 130 integrations across multiple SIs and vendors. It was the first time he had held accountability for the outcome rather than the delivery - and it confirmed what 25 years on the SI side had shown him: most clients had no-one in the room who knew the playbook well enough to challenge it. 360 HCM was founded that same year.
After relocating to London in 2025, Jeff continued leading live Workday programmes - net new and Phase X implementations of HCM and Financials across hospitality, financial services, and energy. 360 HCM launches in the UK in 2026 with COMPaaS as its core service: a structured, fixed-fee programme accountability model built from everything those 25 years taught him about where implementations go wrong and why.
What this means for you
When Jeff reviews your programme, he is not pattern-matching against a methodology. He is reading the situation against 25 years of having written the status reports, constructed the change orders, and managed the steering committees from the other side of the table. He knows what a healthy programme looks like, and he knows when one is being managed for the SI’s benefit rather than yours.
Engagements have covered organisations from 500 to 130,000 employees, across financial services, technology, retail and hospitality, healthcare, energy, manufacturing and business services, in both the UK and United States.
When you book a Risk Review, Jeff takes that call personally. When you engage COMPaaS or a Workday PM, you get the same level of seniority across the life of the engagement.
