What does 360 HCM do?+

360 HCM provides independent, client-side programme leadership and governance for Workday initiatives. We help organisations maintain delivery control, improve decision-making, and reduce risk before, during, and after implementation.

What does 360 HCM not do?+

We do not configure Workday, act as a system integrator, provide staff augmentation, or sell AMS or downstream delivery services. This separation preserves independence and avoids conflicts of interest.

When should we consider engaging 360 HCM?+

Typical engagement points include pre-implementation partner selection, mid-implementation stabilisation, cutover readiness, and post go-live transition. The engagement model remains consistent regardless of timing.

What roles does 360 HCM take on?+

We typically take on roles like Workday Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager, Governance Lead, or Project Manager. Responsibilities and reporting lines are clearly defined at the start.

How is 360 HCM different from a system integrator?+

System integrators handle configuration and technical tasks. We focus on client-side leadership, governance, and accountability.

How does 360 HCM work with our Workday Implementation Partner?+

We work alongside delivery partners in a transparent and professional manner. Governance is aligned to contractual commitments and designed to support momentum, not create friction.

Who owns delivery outcomes?+

System configuration, testing, and deployment outcomes remain the responsibility of the appointed system integrator. 360 HCM provides leadership and oversight and does not assume responsibility for technical delivery.

How long do engagements last?+

Engagements are time-bound and outcome-driven. Duration depends on programme stage, risk profile, and agreed exit criteria.

What does success look like?+

Success typically includes effective governance, improved decision velocity, reduced delivery risk, and a confident transition to internal ownership. Exit criteria are defined upfront.

Is this a long-term consultancy agreement?+

No. The objective is to strengthen leadership and governance, then exit cleanly once they are no longer required.

How do we get started?+

Initial discussions are exploratory and typically 20–30 minutes. The objective is to confirm suitability and outline a clear engagement approach.

For procurement, legal, and risk.

What services does 360 HCM provide?+

360 HCM provides independent advisory and programme leadership services focused on governance, oversight, and delivery control for Workday initiatives. Services do not include system configuration, technical delivery, managed services, or staff augmentation.

How are the services classified?+

Services are provided on an advisory and programme leadership basis. They do not constitute staff augmentation or managed services.

How are engagements structured commercially?+

Engagements may be structured as fractional leadership retainers, fixed-fee assessments, or milestone-based advisory engagements. Time and Materials (Daily Rates) can be considered as well. Each engagement includes defined scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and exit criteria.

What specific deliverables can we expect?+

Deliverables depend on the engagement and are contractually agreed. Typically, they include governance frameworks, risk and health reports, executive decision support, and holding delivery partners accountable.

Who carries delivery and implementation risk?+

System configuration, technical delivery, testing, and deployment outcomes remain the responsibility of the appointed system integrator or Workday implementation partner. 360 HCM does not assume responsibility for technical delivery outcomes.

How does 360 HCM avoid conflicts of interest?+

360 HCM does not sell system integration services, AMS, optimisation services, or delivery resourcing. This ensures objective oversight and avoids commercial conflicts.

How is continuity managed?+

Engagements are delivered using a defined COMPaaS operating model, governance cadence, and standard deliverables. This supports continuity and auditability independent of individual availability.

How does 360 HCM align with enterprise governance?+

Engagements operate within existing PMO, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit controls. Reporting cadence and governance deliverables are agreed at engagement outset.

How are exit and termination handled?+

Exit criteria are agreed contractually at engagement outset and may include milestone achievement, stabilisation metrics, or transition to an agreed operating model. Standard termination provisions aligned to enterprise procurement requirements apply.

What insurance coverage is maintained?+

Appropriate professional indemnity and other required insurance coverages are maintained and can be provided during contracting.

How do you prove value for money?+

We deliver senior programme leadership at a fraction of the cost and risk of permanent hires or large consultancies. Value shows in better delivery control, reduced risks, and clearer accountability.

Who should procurement or legal teams contact?+

Procurement, Legal, and Risk teams are encouraged to raise questions directly during contracting. Supporting documentation can be provided as required. Contact: info@360hcm.com
