WORKDAY PROGRAMME REVIEW FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation. We offer this because early conversations help both sides determine if we're a fit. If your programme is healthy, we'll tell you - and you'll remember us for next time. If you need help, you'll know exactly what we offer.
Will you try to sell me something?
We'll be honest about what we see. If your programme needs help, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll say that too. No pressure either way. You keep the findings whether we work together or not.
What should I prepare in advance?
Nothing is required. Helpful if you have: current project plan, recent status report, RAID log. But we can conduct a valuable review without any materials - we just ask better questions.
Who should attend from my side?
Ideally the programme sponsor or programme manager - anyone with authority over programme decisions. More people can join, but we find 2-3 participants works best.
What if I'm in Production?
We can still help with hypercare or stabilisation review. The focus shifts to issue resolution, optimisation, and ensuring your team can sustain operations.
Do you work with all SI partners?
Yes. We've worked alongside every major Workday partner (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG) and dozens of boutique firms. We're partner-agnostic - we evaluate delivery quality, not vendor logos.
Who conducts the review?
Senior 360 HCM Leaders with 14+ years Workday delivery experience. Former SI practice leads and programme directors who have personally led 40+ implementations. You get experienced eyes, not junior staff.
